Late and exorbitantly priced. The tech arrived almost 40 minutes past the 5-hour service window we were told to expect, despite multiple messages during that window assuring us they were on the way, and quoted between $950 to $1,500 to replace two springs on our garage door.
We contacted D & D Garage Door, who told us this repair would be $250 out the door. They arrived within 20 minutes of our call to replace the springs at the price quoted. A much better choice!
