        Tried to use the air compressor outside and the tip that inflates the tire is broken. I went inside to get a refund and the owner got very flustered with me and told me its not his machine. He didnt even know how the machine worked. He refused to refund me and told me to contact 7-11. Im not going back there.

        Just tried to get air for my tires this morning so I put in $2 of quarters into the machine and it still refused to turn on. I went inside and was directed to talk to the manager which then walked out with me and said, he couldnt give me my money back, couldnt turn on the machine for me. I then mentioned air cant legally be charged in Nevada and he just walked away. This 7/11 is owned by thieves and I will be reporting them to the BBB.
