We have purchases 8 new homes in the last 25 years and I will say that Homecrafters is the best builder we have ever worked with. The quality of the home is 5 stars and the customer service is 5+ stars. I haven't had to many issues but when I have had one they have sent someone out to fix the issue almost immediately. I love the home and they worked with me during construction on all the changes I wanted to make. I would recommend this builder to anyone asking.

We recently purchased a home in Somerset that was built by Homecrafters two years ago.  During the home inspection, we discovered a couple items that needed attention, and our real estate agent (Lori Welsh) contacted Homecrafters iin behalf of the sellers to determine if they would repair these items under the home warranty.Tommy Sabini and Ed Shaver visited the property with me, discussed alternatives for repair, and completed the repairs in a timely manner.  In addition, they did some additional work that was not called out on the home inspection report.Thanks for the excellent work

Diligent, attentive, sensitive and responsive - this is how we describe Homecrafters.  We recently purchased a home in Reno built by Homecrafters, and we cannot possibly say what an outstanding experience it has been.  Our punch list items have been addressed immediately and repaired within mere hours.  The quality throughout our home is exceptional.  The onsite supervisors, Robert and Rusty, are exceptional and we have been very impressed with their knowledge, responsiveness and overall integrity.  Homecrafters values quality and customer service and they excel in both.  If you are considering the purchase of a new home in Reno, they must be a contender!  We are thankful that Homecrafters is the foundation of our forever home.
