Budget Truck Rental

Service is super, super slow. Also, $10 drop-off fee for returning a perfectly clean truck? Makes no sense. Infuriating.

Seriously AVOID AT ALL COST. Had no problem booking online two weeks in advance but was told I couldn't pay with the card on file and then I had to be charged an extra $300 for a "deposit" or I couldn't take the truck. They just tacked on roadside and truck insurance I declined. And the budget parent company will not help, I have no idea how this business is allowed to continue to operate. FRAUD ALERT

Feels like a ran down money laundering operation. Most businesses would want their stores and offices to feel inviting, clean, and professional not this one. Good luck if you have the pleasure of visiting this location.

If I could give zero stars I would. I can not express enough to NOT use this company. They tried to rip us off saying we drove 480+ miles when we drove exactly 20. After fighting with the guy to get that charge reimbursed I asked why we had a second charge of $150. He said it was the deposit in the truck. Ok, got it. He said since it was still pending it would just drop off because the truck was back and everything was fine. The next day the charge goes through. I called again and got the nastiest lady on the phone who I could not understand. I asked for someone else To talk to so I could understand and she More or Less said no. I asked for a manager and she said he will just tell you the same thing. I said good, get him pls. He comes on and Wants me to send him a copy of my bank statement. I said no I am not sending you my bank statement but I will send a screen shot, he said it wasnt good enough. Then says go ahead and send it and it will go to a department that will decide if I get My $150 back. I told him it was sent and if we dont hear something by Monday we would go to a lawyer. PLEASE PLEASE do not use this company they rip you off!!
