        The staff was actually annoyed to have to do their jobs, treated me and the two other groups of people before me in the same rude and mocking way. Thought the counter guy was gonna get smacked by the dude in front of me cause he was really being rude about the guys finances. They made sure to let you know they really just want to leave and play video games, no joke. I never had a problem with hertz in 12 years until the craig location.
