The worst place to live in. And Lee the property manager is a liar he told me I can move out due to all the crime in the building and wouldnt charge me to break the lease because of this and when I moved out they charged me still. Swat team every other day and shooting and fights right outside my window. Bullet hole in my car that I had to pay for to get my car fixed. Rent extremely high for this crime infested apartment.

Do not move in this complex. The manager Lee is racist and very unprofessional. Upon us moving out we gave them a week notice due to it being a family emergency and us having to move back to the Midwest. Remind you we was we living in this complex for 4 1/2years. They never changed the carpet or cleaned it the entire time we was living there. Upon us moving out we had a $0 balance. But somehow we received a move out statement stating that we owe them $1900. They are a big joke when they kept the security deposit which we knew was going to happen. They charging us for carpet replacement and paint when they never painted nor cleaned the carpet in 4 1/2 years. This complex is very nasty the kids tear the playground up daily and they never fully clean it up after the weekend is over. Dont rent a unit in the back because there have been several shootings in this complex and they wont invest in security cameras or real security to secure their tenants. Also they try to put people with kids in the back of the community because they know its bad back there. When we left there was nothing needed to be done but replace the carpet which they was going to do anyway. They take forever to fix any work orders made and is overall not a good place to stay. You pay for amenities that you cant use whenever you want to due to them closing everything down when the office is close. The workout center is useless the machines dont work most of the times and they go up every year on your rent. Overall find something better they charging for water, sewer, and trash and this is an apartment. I will never refer anyone to them or come back .Also when you moved they send out a threating bill/letter talking about you owes them money for days you wasnt living there no more they is a scamming and money hungry company.I strongly dont recommend them look please elsewhere.
