I have had issues since moving in. They paint a pretty picture and show you remodeled units but your actual unit will not look that way. This place is roach infested, fights break out at night to where police have been called. Maintenace request take forever to get resolved and they mickey mouse it. Lee the manager could care less about any issues. Now we have this police tracker thing at the entrance that shines a light at all times and it is so bright you can see it through the window its hard to sleep. move in if you dont mind sleeping with roaches crawling everywhere, smell of weed and screaming at night.

Believe the reviews! This place is truly roach infested its sickening. Moving here has exposed me and my son to the largest most disgusting roaches Ive ever seen in my life. The roaches here are as big as a mouse, no exaggeration. They come out and spray every month, what are they using? Water? Nothing works! My last straw is this morning when I woke up and I seen and felt something black crawling on my arm , IN MY BED. I screamed and woke my son up because sure enough, there was a huge roach crawling on my arm. Ive had enough. No one should have to live amongst this filth. Cleaning up roaches everyday was not part of my plan moving here. Not to mention, roach allergies are a thing and I truly believe this infestation is keeping me and my son sick along with the mold and mildew these apartments have. They only use paint to cover up the mold. Enough is enough. The roach problem is so bad it seriously needs to be investigated. I think its time to call the health department and I will take it there because Ive dealt with this problem for 6 months too long and Im TIRED. Just because people live on assistance does NOT mean all of us have no morals, no respect for ourselves or live dirty. I keep this apartment spotless yet the roaches still surface. I will be reporting to the health department next week because this is not right and these apartments clearly have roaches that are breeding. If I dont see a huge roach then I see tiny baby roaches and roach droppings. I never even knew roaches left droppings until living here. Me and my child should not be living amongst this filth and I will break my lease if I have to. Im OFFICIALLY done.

Overall I have had a great experience here I moved in back in 2023 and I work from home so I definitely appreciate the peace and quiet especially for my work hrs. management has always been nice & helpful & maintenance comes within a reasonable time frame and fix things. As long as the rent doesnt go up Ill b staying a while longer. Shopping is close I love the area. I moved here from the UNLV area so for me its quiet peaceful and a much safer and nicer area than were I was before only down side of stray cats Im from the east coast so back east animal control would come get them but seems like all of Las Vegas has a stray cats problem animal control should rehome them but Im realistic in that its hard to do that so it is what it is but other than that I love it here would def recommend definitely a great place to live for working professionals and families

Me and my family have been living here for 4 months and it has been nothing but headaches after headaches. I cannot stress enough that you should never live here . In that time Ive had my car broken into then stolen. In the photo you can see the mail boxes broken into. Our privacy and safety has been violated time and time again. Roaches, bad neighbors and horrible management. The management does not care about anyone that lives here no cameras no security no police presence no gate to name a few of the major issues. This horrible complex thats brought nothing but stress on me and my family. NEVER LIVE HERE I HOPE YOU HEAD MY WARNING.
