        The service provider canceled our installation appointment last minute, citing less than a foot of snow on the ground, despite it being scheduled over two weeks ago. They suggested rescheduling after the snow melts. This is particularly frustrating since they are the sole provider in Summit Village. I've decided to switch to Starlink at the earliest opportunity.

        I would give zero stars if I could. The service is always going down, doesnt work more than it works and when it does its as slow as can be. Hasnt worked for a week now and they cant get a technician to me for 22 days. Its caused me so much frustration its made me actually review something and I never do.
