Frontier Communications Premier Store

My parents have frontier and the service for internet and phone are terrible and the service tech people are pointless because you make an appointment between a certain time and they don't even show up when scheduled to. It's ridiculous. What is the point in making these appointments when you wait all freaking day for them and then they don't show up but want to show up 2 hours after the scheduled appointment. So not okay!!! If the service tech people don't show up today at my parents house I will not be nice this time 2nd appointment I had to make this week to get my parents internet and phone fixed

Terrible customer service & never did get ours resolved. Something as simple as activating caller ID (that we pay for) and answering a question why tech installed landline & left with only one phone jack operating. NOT satisfied in any way!

Service in our area is intermittent and sometimes when trying to stream tv we get the blue circle of interrupted service. Things did get a little better when we got a new modem. Frontier shipped the new modem to me with Instructions that said, "for existing customers just move the cables and power cord from the old modem to the new modem." New modem would not connect and I spent 1 hour 45 minutes on the phone with tech support and modem still would not connect. Appointment was made for a technician to come out and he changed the power cord and the modem worked. OK, that should have definitely been in the instructions!! Would have saved me a lot of frustration. With the new modem, our picture is clearer but depending on the channel we are watching we still occasionally get the dreaded interruption circle. :-(

Service tech comes to your house when scheduled I have had no problems with them.

I signed up for internet service and then installer guy called me to tell me it wasn't available at my home. That after the salesman from Frontier said I could get service.
