Lynn Watson was there for me in every aspect of my home purchase, she found the home for me, helped me with paperwork, checked everything that was important to my purchase, this was a very trying deal for me because of my situation, the pandemic, I have moved 7 times since selling my home in Tahoe, could not find a rental, a home to buy, could not have done this without Lynn, she kept me going when I wanted to quit. She is the Best, very honest, professional, knowledgeable, helpful

We have known Lynn for over 30 years and used her for our real estate needs several times. This was by far the easiest real estate transaction that we have ever done, and we have done quite a few. Lynn was very knowledgeable and helpful the entire way. We were only sorry we could not use her in our new location in Southern Nevada.

This is the first time I have ever tried to buy a house and I had the pleasure of having Lynn Watson be my realtor. I have known Lynn for many years so choosing her as my realtor was a very easy decision for me. She may be process super simple and she was like a bull dog in attending to all the ins and outs that come with buying a house. She professionally coordinated all of the inspections, interactions with loan officer and working with the title company. Through her hard work, I was able to close on my house in just over a month and I cannot be happier. Lynn has my highest recommendation and I am super happy with all that she has done for me!
