I have known John his entire life, because I am his Mother. This may be somewhat biased article, but it will be truthful.
John has demonstrated endurance, goal setting,a positive outlook and stamina from his youth.One experience I remember in particular was when he was 10 years old. He went out to the golf course for days picking up the balls that were out of the fence. Returning them and earning money. He had asked me what I wanted for Mother's Day and I told him about three glass bowls that were a set. I remember they were $13.00 dollars and that was a huge amount at that time for him to earn. He was bound and determined to buy them for me. Even though some told him he would not be able to make that money, he did. I still have one of the bowls.He puts his whole soul into his efforts he just does not give up!.
John puts forth 100% effort in all that he is involved in. He is a devoted husband, father of 3 and considerate son, a professional businessman, an Eagle Scout, a return missionary. He is ever learning and increasing in knowledge for his business pursuits. I know him very well and know that he always looks out for the best interests of his clients, supporting them to find their ideal fit for a home.

John Stevenson did a GREAT job. Would highly recommend him. He is very knowledgeable of the real estate market in Vegas / Henderson. He gave us a lot of information up front and followed thru until the house was SOLD. Always kept us up to date with any new information and always responded to our questions. He made sure to get back to us in a very timely matter. Again John did a great job!! Give him a call.

John is one of the most knowledgeable realtors I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. His expertise of the Las Vegas/Henderson markets was very helpful in our setting of the fair price for our home which resulted in a expedited sale. He kept us informed throughout the whole process which in my book is a big plus..so many realtors don't keep you advised, but John kept us up to date with weekly messages and he didn't stop until our house closed escrow. I highly recommend John if want honest/fair and a professional service in selling your property
