Horrible! 8 months and they have not completed the work. Left materials and apologized for not scheduling a construction crew. I have a hole in the wall and no idea when they will complete the work.

Long story short I purchased over $8k worth of windows from this company 5 years ago and when it was time for them to honor their warranty they denied me. The customer service is awful. You will have to call them repeatedly and I mean for weeks possibly months to get any follow through. Stay far away from this company. If you want my full review I put it on yelp. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. Youve been warned.
