Don't waste your time and money with dishonest and unprofessional companies such as Cute Rate Glass. My house is my sanctuary and Ethan came with an attitude for a quote entering my house without protective booties and telling me that I will have to have my shower tiles cleaned up and touched up by a professional. Which was unnecessary, since it was a small job, I did it myself. After they took the old existing shower door glass out, I felt that they put me in position of ransom in order to ask me for more money with a lower quality glass door than previously quote. Ethan was cocky and arguing with me about remodeling my entire shower in false pretension to suit their standards. I had to drive twice to their office because of their lack of communication and their carelessness customer service. Despite that Shelby, the owner was emailing me a few times to explain me the situation and imposing me something unwanted, I felt hopeless facing their uncooperative efforts. After several other quotes, I finally use another company called Quality Glass LLC, which I'm so thrilled about. They were able to execute a fantastic job up to my expectations without any issues and without remodeling a perfect shower. They also quote me with a lower price with high quality shower glass door.

This is a great company with very respectful installers. A few weeks ago, we asked for a quote to replace our shower frame, glass and door. Efren came out and was very respectful to our home as we told him we do not wear shoes of any kind in our house, he removed his no problem before entering. He did a very precise measurement, and answered any questions my wife and I had pertaining to the install. We got the quote which was we think very reasonable in todays market and paid half up front. Today, 4/5/2024 Efren called us before coming 35 minutes or so. He installed the frame, door and glass. Cleaned up all debris before he left and was again very respectful to our home. We of course laid down all covering on the area he was to walk in the home, just to make it easy for us both. We paid the balance and will first use the shower in two days time , giving the sealant time to adhere. Wonderful job, very happy with this install and we will use this company again to change out two windows. We recommend you call if you need any glass replaced in your home.
