I represented a buyer in todays competitive market, our offer was accepted but during the inspection period there was a concern for potential mold like substance. I got two different companies to inspect and assess the damage and create an estimate of repairs of what it would mean to the buyer to assume. Both inspections indicted that the mole like substance was located only at the kitchen island. One of the estimates of repairs from one of the inspections did not come in after a week of waiting... I called Noble Pro a weeks before we were scheduled to close (because I really wanted my buyer to see two different options for the estimate of repairs). Noble pro SHOWED UP and not only did the find Mold like substance but pointed out other areas where water damage and mold like substance were also visible! They did such a thorough inspection it allow me to represent my buyer and go back and negotiated on my clients behalf! We got a substantial credit from the seller which help cover the additional damages areas! This was now a project for the kitchen, Garage, 2 upstairs bathrooms, two closets and potentially downstairs flooring! My Client was happy to get the house he fell in love with, done right with quality work which showed after the final walk-though. I am glad I called for that 3rd inspection and now they will be my number one choice and the first call I make if I run into this scenario again! Service: Mold inspection
