IWC Schaffhausen Boutique - The Forum Shops at Caesars, Las Vegas

THE place in Las Vegas to find a great watch. With so many luxury watch shops in the area, this one stood out. Staff is friendly and helpful. David took great care of us during our visit and was genuinely attentive and helpful in answering questions on new purchases as well as finding a replacement band for a watch that was purchased there in the past.

Eilene was wonderful to work with, very knowledgeable and treated us with family. It was the perfect experience from start to finish. Ended up purchasing the watch and she went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect and satisfactory. Eilene was amazing and an asset to the company. Thank you so much for your kindness.

I visited this store in July and was immediately treated with respect and kindness. This was notable to me because I was snubbed in a lot of other watch boutiques in Vegas because I guess I dont look like a buyer. Elaine was amazing to work with. She was patient, knowledgeable, and not at all pushy. It was the perfect experience start to finish. I ended up making a purchase and she followed up after Id made it back home to ensure everything was satisfactory. Shes an asset to the company and I hope to work with her again. (Im posting this here and to the Belluso store because this boutique is part of Belluso.)
