Way too overpriced for what they sale. Endless sales pitches you can't even relax without being bombarded with constant harassment. Endless questions. They asked how much my jewelry cost, where I live, what job I have is. Awful. Such an unenjoyable experience.

If you want amazing and kind service, look no further. We needed same-day turnaround to solder two rings together. The staff that helped us were kind and knowledgeable. Not only did they do a great job with soldering my engagement ring, and wedding band together the rings have never looked more sparkly.

We were shopping for a special gift for my wifes birthday. When I called Mindens to ask about the availability of the items we wanted to see in our price range, I was immediately struck by the enthusiastic and friendly approach to customer service. Carol and Michelle looked after us like we were long-lost family and even threw in a small birthday gift for my wife, who was delighted with the range of options and her ultimate selection.
