I have had such a great experience between Aaron, Scott and Josh helping me with my ring repair. My husband and I recently moved to another state temporarily and I was concerned about my ring cleaning and repairs. Aaron let me know I can still mail my ring for services and also come in when Im in town. I was there in March visiting family and had my ring cleaned. Recently, I had a diamond fall out, when I banged my ring against the mailbox. I called and spoke with Josh and he guided me on how to send my ring safely and that they would take care of the repair. Scott let me know when the ring was ready and both provided such great service! Super friendly over the phone and made the whole process easy for me. I got my ring sent back to me, through FedEx, where a signature was required making for a safe return. Thank you to everyone at Aaron Lelahs for providing such quality service!
