I dont know where to begin. I almost lost faith in Rolex as a whole, but Fanni at the Wynn Rolex store made everything amazing and changed my mind. For over 2 years now I have been trying to get my husband a day date for his 50th birthday and when I walked to the store and spoke to Fanni, I explanation her that I really would love to get him this for his 50th bday. She said I cant promise anything but I will try. Fanni texted me 2 month later asking if I was still interested in the watch and I said yes. She made every effort to hold it for 1 day for me till I got to Vegas. When we got there she had a cake ready for him and the watch, I am beyond speechless of her amazing customer care, and above all remembering and caring to get me the exact piece I asked for. I will be forever a loyal customer to Rolex at the Wynn because of Fanni. Thank You is not enough to express how I feel

Fanni was wonderful. She immediately greeted me at the store entrance for our scheduled appointment. Throughout our conversation she was very helpful and knowledgeable answering all of my questions. It was a great experience. It was also nice that she followed up with me after my visit. I will only be going to Fanni for my future Rolex purchases.

Rolex Boutique - Watches of Switzerland at Wynn. Love the New Location. Best Experience ever with Pooja. She is detailed, responsive, very professional and shows compassion towards customer. The purchase experience and physically being there with my young kids made the experience even more memorable. Pooja and her team delivered. She understands the sentimental value these time pieces hold which makes owning a Rolex even more special. It will be passed down to my kids . Pooja has been helping my dad since late 2016, and now I was able to make my first purchase from her. Little waiting but it was worth it. Thank you to entire team.
