Tourneau | Bucherer The Forum Shops at Caesar's

Very bad exprience with Bucherer, You are a Rolex customer with several items like GMT Master coke, oyester perpetual etc and when you ask to see and try models, you are treated by an old and cold desagreable lady like a simple stranger. No Rolex available in a place like Cesears palace, is completely insane and a pure lie, even if you explain you are a Bucherer customer !! Asian customers just before us where very much more welcomed ! Be aware ! This Will be my last exprience with Bucherer jeweleries

A massive playground for watch collectors and enthusiasts, and I was pleasantly surprised by not just how knowledgeable the staff is (had a great chat with Chris!) but also my wife got the watch that she wanted (thanks Maria)! Will definitely come back to this shop and thanks for the great experience!

Great experience trying on multiple watches across multiple brands that Ive been wanting to see for several months. Martina was extremely helpful and attentive.

Wow... I have not been back since the remodeling has been completed. The update has been thoroughly fulfilled. The selection may be the best in Las Vegas.

One of the coolest and nicest watch places I have ever been to. Very nice selection with just about everything you could look for. However the one staff lady (had glasses long black hair) was very rude. She came up to me and asked me if I had any questions, I then told her not at the moment but when I do I will come find you. Well she followed me around the whole store (6-10 feet behind me ) When I did find something I liked (Tudor Black Bay Pro and a used Omega Speedmaster) I asked her a simple question about the Tudor and possibly getting one with the bracelet versus the fabric strap (they did not have the bracelet out on display). With an attitude she told me this is all we have and basically brushed me off. At that point I just nodded and walked out. I get you might be having a bad day but c'mon kind off odd. I have heard so many great things about this place and my first experience was a let down. Is the store awesome , yes defiantly check it out. Is the staff cool, still undetermined hoping she was just having a bad day.
