Oh my gosh!! Awesome company Loanstar auto 3720 suite 104A E. Sunset in Las Vegas. I never thought I could get a beautiful,reliable car like a Prius on my credit. The Customer service is Top Notch. The young man was so professional and showed me quality autos for a great price too!! Yes, for Real, HIGHLY RECCOMEND! Will I buy there again? DEFINATELY.

I had the best car buying experience with Joe! He is very laid back and honest. I mentioned an issue I noticed with the car and he went above and beyond to fix it to make sure I was happy with it. They only look for quality cars to sell so you can rest easy knowing you are getting a good one. The fact that all the reviews pretty much say the same thing is all you need to know. Thanks again!

Gonna seriously edit my prior 5* review: After a few weeks, it became apparent that this truck was a complete lemon and these guys ripped me off big time. I will try to make this brief but go over all the details: after I test drove the truck I told the salesman it felt like it needed new brakes. He called his father who said 'no he checked the brakes and everything was fine'. Get the truck home and in a few weeks the front brakes are grinding metal on metal. Took it to a shop and they said the brake pads were completely gone. Called Lone Star who said they only checked 'one side' of the truck, so they had no idea the other brake pads were bad. Whatever. Take the truck through an automatic car wash, and water pours in through the front driver side window and the rear passenger side window. The weather stripping is not properly installed or is missing. So every time I wash the truck in a drive-through car wash, I have to have towels with me to plug up the holes. Had to replace all four shocks on the truck, the steering control arm, the Pitman arm, both tie rods and other front end suspension parts not long after purchasing it. All four shocks were completely bottomed out and provided no protection. I had to JB Weld the driver side armrest in place, because it kept falling out onto the floor every time I drove the truck and put pressure on it. The radio antenna was missing, which was something I completely overlooked and is my fault, but when I went to replace it, I see it was snapped off at the base so it needs an entire new antenna setup. CD player works intermittently. Some dash light are completely inoperable. There are so many other problems with this truck I can't even list them here. I'm sure i won't get any $$ offered back from Lone Star. Needless to say, I am less than happy with this dealership and will never purchase a vehicle from them again.
