HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! Dylan is the one making US call the warranty for weeks trying to figure out why its taking weeks to work on a 1 day problem. he does not care to reach out to the warranty for his customers to figure out why there is always a problem every step of the way We keep finding out by US having to call the warranty. Dont go with him if you are coming to this location at least.

It's the nearest Chevy dealer to me and I usually come here to buy my chevys. One year, they couldn't match the price from another dealer for the exact same car so unfortunately, I went to the other dealer but since this location is near to my house, I bring my car here for service. Fast fwd to 2023, I have owned 2 suburbans and always bring them here for service. The latest one was last week June 25, 2023. Andy, my service dude, is the best. I left my car there while I went on vacay for a week. Pro tip: best thing to do bc they no longer offer loaners and be prepared to have them keep your car for daysssssss. Andy kept the lines of communication open with me and updated me of what was going on without bombarding me while i was on vacay. Everything was under warranty so he made sure everything was fixed and I'd be driving a safe car. Definitely recommend asking for ANDY next time you guys bring your car here for service. Tell him JOY sent you, as I am now his fave client
