We booked 4 nights stay and 2 tours through Zheng Travel. I found him through google with yelp's reviews, I thought it's a pretty good company to deal with, but it turns into a nightmare for our 2nd tour. When check in Excalibur I was charged 4 nights "resort fee" total $158 each room for 2 rooms. I called Ben but his reply is resort fee must be charged and must be paid during check-in. I do see that resort fee is included if you book rooms online on Excalibur website, it's not necessarily paid during check in, please. Our first tour was operated by Ctour to visit West rim of Grand Canyon. There are tour guide and I must say Ctour did a good job, I have no complaint about them at all.Our second tour is to visit Antelope Canyon, Horse shoe bend costing $233 pp. This is the one turn into nightmare. The operating company is named something as UU transportation (?):1. The so-called tour guide (actually just driver) called me around 8 pm night before saying our departure time was changed from 6 am to 4:30 am. This is a ridiculous schedule change. His reason is our Antelope ticket at is at 12:15, and we need 6 hours at least to arrive by driving (BTW it's 220 miles from Vegas to Antelope by Waze. He claimed it's 280 miles). I text Mr. Zheng to change us to different group immediately, his reply next day is not possible. No refund and no change. We visited Horse Shoe bend first before Antelope Canyon. He could change the sequence visiting Antelope at 12:15 first and then Horse Shoe Bend, but he chose not doing so.We weren't even get a chance stopping by fast food place to get breakfast with 4:30 departure time.2. At 4:30 am we met the driver, we found out it's not a normal tour bus, it's a Vegas city's party bus (see images). The worst part is there is no seatbelt on the chair, they were all laid under the bench seat on the floor during modification. It's totally unsafe to drive this bus with 14 passengers on highway. I should call police at that time while sacrificing my visit of Antelope. He did say his bus can only operate on certain road for some unknown reasons. That's why he always taking the local route  without any highway at all, and that's why it took 6 hours for driving 220 miles I finally realize. As you can see how bumpy it is sitting on the bench chair traveling on local route !!! When he puts break on, everyone just swing to the front. This is unsafe and funny!3. The whole trip lasted from 4:30 am to 8 pm total 15.5 hours with one hour stay at each point. Taking local route is the only reason he changed our schedule 1.5 hour earlier making 4:30 am departure time.No tour guide, so no explanation of each visiting point about the place is at all. We are lucky to come back in one piece. The safety seatbelt is my biggest concern. How can they cut the corner like this? Is this violating US law? I thought I was traveling under China law and enforcement. It is over now, but I think I can still report this to Arizona police with the pictures and my affidavit.I wrote this against Zheng Travel is because they did a poor job arranging putting us in such group. I don't believe he is not aware of this at all. I believe this UU company must be charging Zheng Travel less. For the money he is willing to risk customer's life. That's very poor business attitude and his business won't last long under such operating manner. This is my advice to Mr. Zheng not cutting corner too much. From the Yelp don't look at all the 5 stars reviews, you ought to look at why and what his customers complain about his business.
