I have spent the past 3 months trying to get an issue fixed with them. John Williams, the Accountant that originally did my taxes has not responded to my calls (the assistant always tells me he is out of office and will call back) and does not respond to emails. This is unacceptable. It is insane to think that they are playing around with people's money. They happily took my money to do my taxes, but when issues arise, no one seems to be in the office (yes, I have checked with their other office).
I can whole heartedly say that this experience has been dreadful. Once this issue is fixed, I'll come back and revisit the review.
