Horrible experience their mistake caused me to lose money and wait an additional 4 weeks!! Guy at the front is VERY RUDE!

Over charged us for a simple e-file, then didn't even e-file the return! 4 weeks later we call to check since it's website didn't show it filed the old guy at the front was SO RUDE and told my husband to go somewhere else if he didn't like the service! No apology for his incompetence and absolutely NO follow through from the lady Jennifer that supposedly "filed our taxes"..worst $500 ever spent!!! Do NOT GO TO RAINBOW TAX SERVICE!!! Jennifer took our money but didn't complete the task. Insane! What a rip off!!! More like RAINBOW SCAM SERVICE!!

I have been going to Rainbow Taxes for over 10 years and my parents even longer. They are very knowledgeable, friendly, fast, and respectful. I would highly recommend them.

If you need help with back taxes this is the place to go. They are honest and helpful and most of all they are thorough. All of the Agents at Rainbow Tax are excellent and you know you are in good hands.

I have gone here for years and not only are they super knowledgeable, but it is a much faster and more comfortable experience then any of the large chain places. I have been through several other companies and locations and nothing even close to this place.
