        I maxed out my IRA and instead of recording it on my taxes , she put a sticky note that said , I dont know what this is . She didnt even call me to ask what it was. I even told her it was a after tax IRA. Never go there again. I have to pay someone else to get two years amended.

        Over charged us for a simple e-file, then didn't even e-file the return! 4 weeks later we call to check since it's website didn't show it filed the old guy at the front was SO RUDE and told my husband to go somewhere else if he didn't like the service! No apology for his incompetence and absolutely NO follow through from the lady Jennifer that supposedly "filed our taxes"..worst $500 ever spent!!! Do NOT GO TO RAINBOW TAX SERVICE!!! Jennifer took our money but didn't complete the task. Insane! What a rip off!!! More like RAINBOW SCAM SERVICE!!
