        Ive been doing my taxes with Octavio for years now and until now I never had any problems, they withdrew money from my account for a service that was already paid for before hand, I was told it was an error and it would fixed, it never did.I tried to get in contact with him many times no answer completely being ignored my taxes were not filled either so i paid twice for a service that was not even done. The staff there are very rude and inconsiderate and will not help you get in touch with him.They took 500 dollars from me with no regards!!! Im leaving this to hopefully help someone else avoid having to deal with this problem.
