Did my tax service here and it was done Incorrectly. Im wasting my time to resolve the solution which shouldnt be happening if my service was done right. I asked for a refund but they said no. Only come here if you have a bunch of free time.

Well, I don't think I will be returning for the next tax season. I had a form for my brother in the mail owing the IRS from a previous tax return for over 3000. I was never able to get ahold of anyone for answers for months at C&A as I was encouraged to speak to her first by the IRS. After several attempts, the IRS was willing to help me by making an exception if I had to hire someone else willing to assist me. Everyone refused to help me as it was not their work to correct. Once I spent a good penny to get them fixed, it was a very long process to settle with the IRS on my own. I was disappointed as I am unsure if others will come back with the same issue for my family. It has been a long few months.. I would she would have made things right

Don't go here. You will owe the IRS 3yrs later and go to the company for assistance to resolve the issue and told you need to handle that with the irs. They give no guarantee.
