This is my and my partner's first year going to Nicole. And we cannot recommend her enough! As a person who knows nothing about taxes, tax season is always very daunting and scary for me. But she handled it and made it super easy for both of us. I was a regular W2 person. She handled it super quickly and made it look easy. My partner had a multitude of forms to file this year and even that looked like nothing when Nicole handled it. She asked many questions to ensure we were getting back the correct amount we were owed, and even on things we didn't know could count towards this! |t was also very cool to learn how many other services she offers; DMV services, auto insurance, home warranty, the list goes on! Outside of her services, I highly recommend her for anyone nervous or scared, or unsure about tax season, like I am (and even those of you that aren't). She is extremely friendly and down to earth and we were all laughing and joking the entire time. She made the entire experience very memorable and makes me wish I found her and went to her sooner, You will not regret giving her your business!
