I send a long message explaining my tax situation AND contacted them twice. Never got any reply. not a follow up call. Waste of time so just go find someone else who can communicate better. I believe they only take client that they think they can get more money so if you are small business or individual. Don't bother them

Pancy and her wonderful team has been taking care of our small business returns, bookkeeping, payroll, LLC formation, family, and personal returns for over 10 years. I have known Pancy for 5+ years and I have not once heard a negative word spoken about her. Her work is remarkable. She knows the ins and outs of her craft and is a master at what she does! Especially during tax season, you are making a huge mistake if you contact anybody else. She is able to do anything that has to do with bookkeeping, and she does it remarkably! I have sent her many referrals and every single time I have heard back positive testimonials and words of affirmation when it comes to the quality of her work, and her work ethic!
