To list the grift of this company would fill a book larger than the dictionary. Pool walls were the wrong size, coping improperly installed, plaster cracks. tiles installed broken and crooked, not to mention the landscaping problems, decking mistakes, while the whole project was delivered 5 months late. I repaid qualify professionals to repair, and in some cases replace, as warranties are not honored. Ignoring calls and snarky responses cost extra here.

Desert Springs Pools and Spas in Las Vegas is a FANTASTIC pool company. We live in Pahrump and looked at many companies in Las Vegas and Pahrump both. This is our first pool so we wanted to make sure we got the very best pool company we could find and we did. Desert Springs Pools and Spas has the best staff anywhere from Rob the owner on down to the last employee, they are all great to work with. They are friendly and very helpful. Also get this, they finished our pool ahead of schedule!!! We highly recommend Desert Springs Pools and Spas!!! If you want the absolute best call them. Also their prices are very competitive, you don't pay more for the best.

I sought out 5 estimates mid last year and looked at the estimates carefully. Picking not only the best price, but also what I felt was the best bang for the buck. DSP came in thousands of dollars cheaper from the competition. One might ask, but that would mean you're not getting what you're paying for.. right? WRONG! One of the major cost saving attributes was due to most of the Trades/contractors are all completed in house. I sat down with 4 of the 5 companies, asked the same questions about quality, man power, time frame from start to finish, materials used etc. DSP impressed me the most hands down. I had a estimate done with Paul the Senior Design Consultant. He actually came over to my yard, and drew up plans with a vision I had in mind. He placed my vision on his computer and got to work. Paul Buntrock was AMAZING to work with. From beginning to end. He kept me in the loop, answered all questions I had and basically made me feel like a respected customer, even if I hadn't signed a contract with them yet... Paul was there! Following steps, we signed and got the pool contract rolling forward. I met with Brent who was the Super on site for my project. Very humble and awesome guy. Gave me solid advise, tips and updates as needed throughout the project and handled management process smoothly. I have to annotate this as important for new pool owners. As this is my first ever pool build. The process to build pools is extensive.. I had no idea how many hands are in the pot, figure of speaking. There are so many different trades that get this pool complete... it's Art if I'm to be fair. The team from Digging, tiling, cleaning crew, shotcrete, plaster, decking and the list can go on ALL did a masterful job. A craft of their trade, just remarkable to see this team work together in harmony so well. The craftsmanship, work ethics of the team, quality of work from the tradesman and communication from the business was nothing short of exemplary. I couldn't be happier with DSP. Amazing job, amazing pool and amazing team. Thank you all for such an amazing experience and final product.
