BYOP of Nevada

Crystal, Doug, and the entire team at BYOP are absolutely world-class. Bar-none, the BEST pool company in the area, and it's not even close. We found them on Yelp and needed some guidance for our pool project. We wanted something contemporary without breaking the bank. Upon reaching out, we promptly were contacted by Crystal, who completely blew us away with the design she put together. From there, we chose to go under contract, and every step of the way, BYOP and their entire team of contractors were friendly, knowledgeable, and communicative. They kept us in the loop throughout the 6 month process of the build and once it was finished, went out of their way to teach us how to use all of the pool's features, how to maintain it, and what to do if we encountered any problems. To show how truly incredible they are, we had a couple of components fail about 6 months into ownership and instead of telling us to call the part manufacturer or giving us the run around, they went out of their way to help us and fixed both problems with no fuss at all. This company is the best there is. We have a dream setup in one of our homes thanks to this team and they did it at a truly unbeatable price. If you want a phenomenal pool, look no further. You won't find a better team.

Our pool is finished. I think its ahead of schedule or maybe just on time. Not sure, but it is exactly what I wanted. Bridget was great from the beginning and offered a few options for our design, explaining very well the choices we had to make my decisions easy. I think from the design standpoint, she has listened very well to my wants and came up with the best design possible. Once the job started, Bob was our project manager. Always a text away. Very responsive with all the questions we had. I felt like it was an easy process and I didnt had to wonder what was going on at any time, as both Bob and Bridget kept us always informed. This company was referred to me by my best friend, he was very happy with the pool he got, so I reached out to them after first getting quotes from 3 other companies. The prices was lower than 2 other companies and right on par with the 3rd company, but Ive decided to go with BYOP because of my friends recommendation. Highly recommended.

The initial experience was good, we were under budget on a lot of components. Once the deck started going in it was clearly a mistake and downhill from there . We were not directed towards great material, my wife hated the deck and the upkeep on it is horrendous. The install was very poorly done and had to be redone several times. Also no drains were considered in the design so our deck is a flooding muddy mess pretty much daily. There are still damages to coping and electrical wiring that is not fixed. Now that theyve been paid they are ghosts. Just found out some more things are going wrong with the pool and it should be under warranty Not convinced it will get addressed, but have reached out, Regarding the electrical damages and fixes Ive been texting and calling every few weeks with no forbwadf movement. Electrical guy came out to check it And nothing was done. No updates on if that was a site visit, when this will be completed or anything. Paid in June, still no solution and its now October. We have only good things to say about our experience with BYOP. The process was very seamless from the initial design, site walk, estimate, to the pool completion and start-up. I thought they were very transparent and responsive when it came to any issues that popped up. I recommend them to anyone who is interested in getting a pool in Las Vegas!
