Young girl 3/8/24 @ 12:15pm is very rude. This was my second encounter with her ever and she seems pretty miserable and truly like she doesnt want to be there. No customer service skills at all. Had to record the incident. Hope management looks into this and finds a better candidate. Also I saw packages laid out where customers walk in and can clearly see others information I feel like this is a huge violation of privacy.

I've never really utilized any of the in-store services, primarily just drop packages here to go out via USPS. One thing I've noticed is that it sometimes takes 2 or 3 days before packages dropped here start tracking on the USPS website. I'm not sure how often or at what times the packages are picked up from their facility, but I would stick to dropping them at an actual post office if you want them to actually ship that day. This can be an issue when selling online via Shopify, Ebay, or Mercari. People might think you're not shipping their packages on time and you can get flagged or removed from those sites.

I had an outstanding experience at this post office. The staff was exceptionally helpful and efficient, ensuring a smooth process for my transactions. The facilities were clean, and the wait times were surprisingly short. I appreciate the excellent customer service and highly recommend this post office to others. A definite 5-star rating!

UPDATE: Sadly, this has changed. The girl (from Alaska) opens late every time, if at all. The last time, she heard people complaining (including me) after making us wait outside in the cold 15 minutes after opening late again, and now my sent package is no where to be found. Mail tampering is a serious crime and I'm very disappointed that the owners would allow this kind of behavior. I wasn't the only one complaining so I'd love to know what happened to the other's packages.
