        Store owner won't accept Amazon returns unless you box the items. This is contrary to Amazon policies and unlike any other UPS store.

        I hate coming here but its so close to my house I basically have to. The guy is so slow and rude and unapologetically nickel-and-dimes you for every unfortunate, unavoidable service. I wish UPS corporate would realize what an awful representation this guy is.

        Ive frequented this location for the past 6 yrs (because of its proximity to my home) this location is always understaffed (only one person serving customers) NEVER opens at the posted time, owners excuse sorry I was running late EVERY SINGLE DAY? Maybe you should consider setting your opening times to 10:30 which is around the time that he usually arrives to open up shop.
