Rented here a couple of years ago for 2 years, no issues at all! Great staff and location, very secured. Now I'm back to rent a smaller unit. Will not go anywhere else.

Highlights from my experience since renting from this facility since it first opened: -Arbitrary and Capricious rent increases semiannualy for tenants that far exceed the industry standards. -Minimal grounds maintenance with RV units awaiting repairs -High turnover in staffing from third party management company for on-site support -Emergency contact number on weekends goes unanswered until following business day. -Loyal good paying tenants are not offered any promotional incentives rather they are taken advantage of with rent increases . -Bottom line rent here at you own peril as I have found great promotions from competitors saving me 75% of what I was paying monthly.

After dealing with other storage facilities and also their customer service it was great to find Southern Highlands Self Storage. The facility is very clean and well taken care of and the customer service has been excellent. I'd highly recommend if you're looking to get a storage unit to go here.
