        Melissa has the BEST customer service hands down! She helped get us out of a pickle when we realized we forgot our own scooters' power supplies at home. She did everything she could to help us, calm us, make us more comfortable and overall to have a fun time still while we were on vacation. I cannot recommend Scootaround, specifically Melissa enough. She helped save the vacation and made me smile to boot!

        10 minutes late to arrive, 20 minutes late to pick up. They said if my wife is 5 minutes late we get charged, but they can be late both times. Scooter at least worked.
