You're not allowed to let your dogs run in your fence yard you have to keep them on a leash at all times. The management is worse than an HOA

Quiet ,clean, felt very safe

They continue to have homes show for RENT on their site but they state otherwise when you speak with a manager there. :/

Yesterday went to 3 crowns to look at manufactured homes. Joanna was very helpful and informative and patient. Community looked very nice.

We removed a bee's nest from someone's house there. The neighbors were very nice and everyone seemed nice in the neighborhood

Its kept up well and there are no run down trailers. Its one of the better trailer parks Ive seen.

It's an older mobile home park. Over on Owens/walnut. Not gated,no security and lots of dogs. Parking sucks.
