Jennifer Graff's experience and understanding of the real estate market was invaluable. Being out of town buyers, Jennifer always went the extra mile for us. She kept us updated on homes she saw that she thought would be of interest to us, video chatted from homes we were interested in but couldn't see in person, guided us through the purchase process, found a great home inspection company for us to use, and dealt with the builder when they mis-matched our countertops and shower stone surround in both bathrooms.
