Michael is at the top of his game when it comes to real estate! I cannot thank him enough for what he did for my family, if it hadn't been for his tenacity and determination I might have given up trying to sell my home! I was using a different real estate agent whom i thought knew how to do a shortsale.Well,it turned out he did not know what he was doing. My home was four days from going into foreclosue.I called Michael and he had it fixed in a matter of four hours. He sold my home right away.He is very knowledgable on all aspects of real estate. We were having a difficulty with another realtor and there was a glitch very close to the end of our short sale. The other realtor was both unprofessional and not helpful. With Michael's help we were able to close the sale very close to the time we wanted to be finished.
