Billy and I worked on a transaction together in Desert Shores. He represented the seller and I was working for the buyer. In my last 15 years in real estate I've learned that one of the most crucial components to a successful transaction is communication. I believe this fundamental principle is why we worked so well together and why the sale went so smoothly for both parties. As you all may know home buying can be an overwhelming and nerve racking experience, ESPECIALLY for a first time home buyer. Billy and Mashenka were incredibly patient, helpful, and understanding. They stuck it out with me as I looked at 63 houses over the course of three years. This delay was entirely due to market fluctuations from Covid as well as occupational changes within our family. Nonetheless, these folks made the process smooth and enjoyable. I would absolutely recommend this team and most certainly use them again. -N
