        Bad vibes, bad energy. If you are black, don’t even try to come here as for they will not rent to you. They are very judgmental. Just steer clear.. you can just feel the negativity.

        We have had the pleasure of working with Stephen and Lili since 2014. Both Stephen and Lili provide outstanding service that is prompt, efficient and attentive to our needs as renters. They are knowledgeable, friendly, kind and pleasant people and it reflects in their property management. Yes, we love the house we live in, but we also love having Starks Homes as the property manager. It is often difficult to find common courtesy and human kindness in the present day, but the Starks continue to provide both and we appreciate everything that they have done and continue to do for us.
