Ike Moore is an excellent real estate agent as well as a good friend. He is very experienced in the real estate market and regularly keeps up on current realty related laws, whether local, state, or federal. Living in another state, we always required an attorney when selling our homes. However, Ike's knowledge of realty related policy and law superseded the knowledge of any other realtor we had in the past. Ike represented us for both the sale of our home as well as the purchase of our new home. He has an admirable work ethic, with integrity, honesty, and transparency, to name a few. We appreciated his transparency, because he provided us with every detail, whether positive or negative, in order for us to make informed decisions. Ike took the majority of concern off our shoulders, allowing the entire experience to move forward without concern. I would highly recommend Ike Moore in your next realty transaction.

Ike was referred to me from my San Diego realtor to assist with selling my investment property in Henderson Nevada. Being out of state was a major concern for me and I was worried about getting scammed or taken advantage of. Ike was on it from the very get go. He personally inspected the house, had the appropriate contractors onsite within a few days to repair the damages caused by terrible tenants and had it market ready in a week. Blew my mind! I thought it would take a month or more. Not to mention the cost to repair the home and get it ready to sell was half that I budgeted for. Once on the market Ike had over 10 offers in 3 days and narrowed the search down to the best 3. He covered the best options with me, guided me in making the right decision and contracted a 15 day close which went flawlessly. Received the funds yesterday!! If you want true professionalism, know where the process is at during all stages and the most value to you then Ike is your man! I've worked with 3 realtors in my life and always felt like I was getting screwed. Ike was the exact opposite of that.

When my husband and I decided it was time to sell a cherished family home, a close friend who is a retired agent and former President of the Board of Realtors in Spokane shared that whichever agent we chose to represent us would need to answer in the affirmative to the following questions: 1. Can I trust you? 2. Are you good at what you do? 3. Do you care about me? We know at least a dozen real estate agents via our social circle and even though I’ve known Ike for eight years, I didn’t hire him when we'd bought and sold our own homes in the past year. But because of our friend’s advice to proceed cautiously, Ike immediately popped into my head as a likely candidate. I sent a text to see if he was still active and within minutes he responded favorably. By the end of the week we had our first meeting at the house and as you probably can surmise, the rest is history. See, I knew Ike could deliver on items one and three from my friend's realtor selection criteria because of my previous history... But was he really good at what he did? I did some online research and noticed favorable stats and reviews. Additionally, prior our meeting, he had already set the bar high by ensuring we walked in with a packet of comps and sales ideas from a previous listing. He even included a flowchart of the real estate transaction experience (which I’d never seen before in any buying or selling activity) and preprinted contract (with our correct names from our recorded deed) in the event we were ready to sign. Ike’s due diligence stood out immediately. I am a hope for the best plan for the worst type of person so when Ike laid out his pricing and marketing plan, I was cautiously optimistic but afraid to trust due to some prior poor experiences in selling a home. Nothing had come easy to us previously and I wasn't able to visualize things working out smoothly. Fast forward and now that we are one week beyond close of escrow I can still hardly believe what just happened. Ike's plan fell into place perfectly. We got a cash offer over listing and our home spent less than three weeks on the market. More importantly, we got our lives back and no longer have to worry about this asset becoming a drag in our lives financially and personally. If you ask Ike, I'm sure that three weeks was hell on wheels between dealing with all of the interest and helping retain the deal when the time to negotiate repairs arrived. But you see... That's what makes him amazing and a consummate professional... He never let us stress or see him sweat. I wrote a much longer version of this review as a thank you to Ike’s broker and if I could publish the entire letter I would because there is no way to abbreviate an experience like ours. Ike is truly a world class professional and I feel lucky to know him and say that he was and is even more now than ever a friend for life. My husband and I are forever grateful to Ike and Sotheby's for helping us find our way through this life altering experience intact and better off!
