I've been renting with them for about 3 years now and the AC unit has never worked properly. All these guys do is try and get the cheapest contractor to come out and Jerry rig it so it will work another few months. Every company that has looked at the unit told me it needs to be replaced. It's Summer in Nevada and it's close to 90 in my house. Great job guys.

No air conditioning for over a week. Three different companies sent out and now air-conditioning repairs on hold to see if home warranty will pay for the part. Im pretty sure that Nevada state law says that after 48 hours after written notice repairs must be made. Awesome guys way to go painted desert Realty, Its only 94 in my house.

The most honest, up front and helpful Las Vegas real estate agency I've used. Renting with them was a great, no hassle experience. They found me the condo amenities that I needed at the price range I could afford. Would do business with them again!
