As first time home buyers in a competitive housing market, we were a little uneasy going in. Eugene helped us in every step of the way and helped us find our dream home. Me and my fiance work long hours almost all days of the week and live in different states (as of the moment), so we needed someone who is accommodating, patient and responsive. We couldnt be any happier and contented with who we chose. The day that Eugene texted me that we could pick up the keys, I couldnt get out of work before 5pm so I asked him if he could meet around 6:30pm (the house we chose is a bit of a drive), and without hesitation he said yes! If that doesnt tell you how awesome he is, just hire him and youll see for yourself. We would recommend him and his group to anyone!

The Prospero Group have to be one of the ABSOLUTE BEST Real Estate Team I've ever had the opportunity to work with. They're so awesome that they were able to turn my (not the first), but 2nd home buying transactions with ease and breeze! COE was completed within the span of close to 5 weeks, and I was able to move in on the 6th week. Amazing agents with ways of professionally and promptly communicating with both buyer and seller! As well as the lenders. They made sure that all official documentations were sent, signed and delivered. Super smooth transactions! I highly recommend them!
