        This company is a scam and they are just collecting application fees. I was fraudulently told they dont check credit score paid the 75 dollar app fee for my credit to be ran literally minutes after I applied. I explained my credit took a hit due to a recent divorce but I make 6 times the rent and never been evicted. 1 week later my application was denied due to credit??? But you dont check the score? I even offered to pay an extra deposit which would have been 6000 dollars in total to move in. Scam company and I also believe my race played a part.

        This company is just here to collect application fees, nothing more. They wait a 3 day processing time to collect as many applications and payments as possible. I wouldnt waste my money dealing with them again

      Hi Dasia - It is unfortunate you feel that you feel unhappy about not being approved for credit. We believe you have some misunderstanding, as explained before you submitted your application. Our company will check the credit of the applicants, the credit check will encompass historic payment history and how well the individual makes credit payments, but does not show the credit score.In addition - we suggest you speak with your Realtor that represented you to go through your criteria we stated to them as well. As explained when submitting your application, it is a 3 day review and the qualifications are Income, Credit, and Rental History.
