Alexandra was extremely honest, upfront, and was able to negotiate a great townhouse that felt right for me! She was extremely communicative and easy to reach out to answer any of my questions at all times. She made the process feel seamless. It took us several attempts to get the offer accepted, but Alexadra didn't let me give up, she always talked to the agents who didn't accept our offers and knew if we could have given a better one. Finally, when I thought that everyone in this town buys with cash and pays $10-20k over the list price, my offer got accepted. Alexandra knew all of the VA requirements and helped the seller to prepare the property for appraisal. The other agent was new and she helped him too. Alexandra is the agent that goes into battle for her clients.
