SCAM FOR APPLICATION FEES. This company will drag on their listings for as long as possible to rack up their $75 application fees. I spoke to Sheryl over the course of 3 weeks, with her informing me that each time they would let us know by 2-3 days max. Then changing the deadline every time we called. They ended up giving it to another applicant with us being the second choice. They gave the applicant 24 hours as they had informed us, and we called after the holidays to check up and they ended up giving him "extra time" which ended up being four days, not 24 hours. This listing has already been closed and given to a tenant, but is still on their website and Zillow which means they are still taking application fees. Cheryl informed me she would let me know either way if we do not get chosen if the first choice falls through with the deposit. She did not call me to even let me know as she had promised. No courtesy or organization, or honoring their word. Very inconsiderate, just a grab for money.
Update: After calling, she would not refund my app fee. A few hours later, I received an email from her and she has spoken to the owners and refunded my application fee. Thank you.

Alright let's give a shout out to Matthew for his extra considerate, personal and not invasive way of responding :) Feel free to check out responses on here to see how you will get responded to if you care about your privacy while leaving a negative review. When looking into the PM firm it's always good to see how you'll get interacted with :) and the consistency of communication. oh so marvelous.For anyone who's searching up the PM firm let's get you a general guideline. If you come off like a generalized professional and message and call and email PM firm every day, you will likely get what you want.The part where they repair stuff on time is fine, they did that. The part where you communicate your lease renewing will be a hilarious struggle. I once even got a voicemail from a PM Firm employee thinking they were calling the OWNER of the house; literally suggesting to our voicemail that we raise the rent $100 at least by next year. I have been with the property management firm for over 6 years and have been happy with the serviced they provide for themanagement of my properties.I would especially like to give credit to Cheryl, their administrative assistant, who handles most of thecommunications with owners andtenants.  She is amazing!  She isvery responsive, and always addresses my concerns in a timely manner. Sheis very professional, and the firm isvery lucky to have her as a memberof their team.

Beware this scam outfit. They will collect as many applications on a given property just to pad their fees, holding off until the last minute to collect even more. And all the while saying the application looks great. Then of course, all but one, are told "we went with another". And without any explanation. Unless you want to waste your money, stay away.
