The HOA, and this Excellence Management Company are Terrible, They take way too much in Fees for HOA and absolutely do nothing on the Property at 6955 North Durango Drive, The Regent @ Town Center. There is no Maintenance, per say and nobody does a thing about all the Dog feces and Pigeon Feces Problems we have. It is very concerning that the Garbage is uncovered and all over. Gate on garbage broken fo 4 weeks not fixed. Ceilings in hallways falling down and when they are told notheing is done by anyone. Write letter they say, that is a bigger Joke, many have been written and still nothing Yet in the Numbers of their Fiscal Budget show all the money they do have and fake what was done. Not True not one thing fixed at all.
