I have done business with Outwest Services for a long time. They are well versed from plumbing to A/C work. I will continue to use them whenever needed. Five star for sure!

Im a fairly private person, but what I can say is that Louis helped me locate the source of the pipe leaks we had and they happened to be in an extremely inconvenient and difficult to get to area in the home. He did a fantastic job of repairing the leaks and getting the piping back in order. Informative, honest, and upfront with me about the problems we were seeing and what it would take to repair it

I called Outwest Services because Louis Edwards said his company where great plumbers. So I called him to come check out my fathers house because I noticed his house had water damage. I wanted to see if we had a leak. So my journey with Outwest Services began when I called them on a Monday. After talking to him I was informed that he would be able to come check it out till Wednesday. Once he got there and had a chance to check it out, he informed me that we had no leaks, but that we had a really bad mold problem. He said that they where also a mold remediation company and that they would be able to help, and that they would send me a quote as soon as they could. I waited a day nothing.... I waited another day.... nothing.... now its Friday, so I say ok Ill wait till Monday. Monday comes around and yet again no call. So I called another plumber and he showed up the same day and rechecked his work and he charged me $0 to come out and check the same thing Louis checked out. The real plumber recommended me to a real mold remediation company and they came out the same day and gave me a quote in 12hrs. So after everything, I called Louis and told him that I had hired a different company and to forget about the quote. After this, he informed me that his charges would be 150.00. I should have just called a real plumber and a real mold remediation company; I would have not waisted a week an a half waiting just to get charged 150.00. Just to add to this, I think he should have told me ahead of time what he charges before hand.
