        Shame on them, trying to bilk a 96 year old woman and her disabled daughter into paying $20,000.00 for nothing. I called another plumber who came and turned up the water heater to the correct temperature. Always get a second opinion for these guys and don't let them intimidate you into signing anything, especially their "easy repayment plan" This is now called Goettl Plumbing.
