Plush Grooming

Bri took great care of my pup. It was his first time to the groomer and she took lots of extra time to get him familiar with everything so that he could enjoy the process and not be stressed everytime we go. She also kept me updated every step of the way. My pup came home looking great and feeling happy.

Bri is the best groomer ever! She is so very gentle with my herd of dogs, yet very detailed in her grooming. They come home clean, well groomed and happy every time! She is especially great with my senior chihuahua who is almost deaf and has CHF - she comes home stress free and excited. I highly recommend Bri.

Its my second time going to Bri and she is excellent with my 5 years old chihuhua. My dog is scared of cutting his nails and he sheds excessively. But Bri work on him perfectly. His paws are cut and filed well, his fur is soft and shinny. I can tell from my dog that he loves Bri's treatment and affection. She makes our schedule convenient. She'll send me reminders for our appointments and message me when Pochollo is ready for pick up. Also, I can tell that Bri's passionate with her work. She's a gem! Now I'm a regular and would see her every other week.

Not a great experience . Groomer set time for a meet n greet appt. Arrived at residence, didn't have any memory of appt. Wanted us to wait for her to get dressed and she still had no clue who she was talking to. We passed. Good luck
